Executive Director, Melissa Klein began her role with the Atlanta Chamber Players in late October of 2022 having previously served as Executive Director for the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center (Madison, Georgia), and Onstage Ogden (Ogden, Utah). She began her career as a clarinetist, studying performance at Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Her career as an arts administrator began when she accepted the position of Personnel Manager for the Macon Symphony Orchestra. She later worked as Director of Major Gifts for the Utah Symphony | Utah Opera (Salt Lake City, Utah) and Grants and Foundations Manager for PBS Utah.

Melissa earned her Master of Arts degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Business Design and Arts Leadership. She recently completed doctoral studies at the University of Southern California, earning her EdD in Organizational Change and Leadership with a focus on building audiences.
